Using the directory

The directory helps you research engineering consulting firms. Profiles summarize business information and may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect. Inclusion is not an endorsement, license verification, or guarantee of a firm's qualifications or services. Confirm capabilities, licenses, availability, insurance, and suitability directly with the firm before relying on information or hiring it.

Directory content is general business information, not engineering, legal, or other professional advice. Demand Delta is not a party to an engagement you enter into with a listed firm.

Accounts and saved lists

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in methods, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Saved lists help organize your research; saving a firm does not contact it, request a quote, or reserve services. Account features have usage limits shown in the service and may change as the service develops.

Profile claims, corrections, and other submissions

Submit information you are authorized to share. Do not include confidential project information or unnecessary sensitive personal information. A claim or correction request is subject to review and does not automatically grant control of a profile or require us to publish a change. We may ask for evidence of your relationship to the firm.

You retain rights you have in submitted material. You authorize us to review and use it to handle your request and, for material submitted as a public profile update, to edit and display that update in the directory. Private support correspondence and saved lists are not public profile submissions.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person or firm, submit deceptive or unlawful material, access another account's lists, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the service. Automated access must respect published access controls and must not impair availability. Do not imply that Demand Delta or a listed firm endorses you without permission.

Content and external services

Firm names, logos, and other third-party material belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in the directory does not transfer any rights to you. External links and sign-in providers are operated independently and are subject to their own terms.

Availability and responsibility

We may correct information, change features, or restrict access to address misuse, security, or operational needs. The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, error-free content, or fitness for a particular project. Keep your own records of information important to your work.

You are responsible for your evaluation of firms and your use of the directory. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Demand Delta is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate directory information, third-party services, or interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
