About the firm
WaterEngineers, Inc. is a Cypress, Texas-based water and wastewater engineering consultancy serving small to medium-sized public and private utility clients and other engineering firms. Originally founded in September 1994 by D. Ray Young as Ray Young & Associates, it incorporated as WaterEngineers, Inc. in January 2000 to reflect its specialty and to establish a structure for bringing engineering associates into ownership. WaterEngineers provides planning, design, and construction administration for water supply systems, groundwater treatment facilities, on-site sewage facilities, and wastewater treatment plants, applying sound engineering principles across the full project lifecycle.
