VN Tunnel and Underground, Inc. (VNTU Inc.) is a tunnel and underground engineering firm founded in March 2017 by Tung Vu and Thuy Nguyen and based in Azusa, California. It specializes in design review, geotechnical and structural engineering, and construction management for subway tunnels, water tunnels, underground stations, and civil works in the Los Angeles region. Mr. Vu brings over 20 years of experience on major transit infrastructure projects.

Underground light rail link through downtown Los Angeles connecting Metro Gold Line to Metro Blue and Expo Lines via Flower and 2nd Streets. ~1.9 miles of cut-and-cover and 21-ft diameter twin bored tunnels, three underground stations, and a SEM cavern. VNTU served as subconsultant to CPJV (AECOM and WSP) for design and construction submittal review. Opened June 2023.
