Two new residential buildings varying in height from 5 to 12 stories with approximately 667,000 square feet of total floor area, including parking, commercial spaces, amenity spaces, a rooftop swimming pool, and terraces. Ventrop provided complete engineering and design for all mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and fire protection systems.

Residential complex of three apartment buildings with 500 dwelling units, a parking structure, and commercial spaces. Ventrop ECG surveyed the existing mechanical system, recommended energy conservation measures including boiler replacement and a 100 KW co-generation system, and secured a NYSERDA and Con Edison Green Team grant in excess of $250,000. Achieved approximately 22% reduction in fuel consumption and $300,000 per year in energy cost savings.
