About the firm
The Solco Group, LLC (TSG) is a Port Arthur, Texas-based aviation and transportation planning, civil engineering, and research consulting firm founded by Kelvin L. Solco, P.E., MBA, a retired FAA Senior Executive with a 36-year FAA career. TSG provides airport planning and engineering, Airport Improvement Program consulting, pavement engineering, airspace analysis, transportation planning, and construction safety and phasing services to airport owners, A/E firms, private corporations, and Federal, State, County, and municipal government clients. Its team brings over 120 combined years of aviation and engineering experience, including former FAA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers personnel.
