Rapid replacement of a three-span steel girder bridge over the Norfolk Southern Railroad using Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) methods. The project utilized weekend-only 59-hour closures to minimize traffic disruption and received the Associated Pennsylvania Constructors TQI Partnering Award.

Expansion of a dangerous bottleneck into a four-lane highway squeezed between a mountainside and the historic Pennsylvania Canal. The design utilized a bifurcated alignment, a pin-pile mountain stabilization system, and the longest mechanically stabilized earth wall in the US, along with a dedicated Canal Park and wildlife habitat.
