About the firm
Tall Tree Engineering is a full-service civil and geotechnical engineering practice. Founded by Susanne Loutsis, PE, in 2020, Tall Tree Engineering provides professional services across Mendocino, Sonoma, Humboldt, Napa, and Lake Counties. Ms. Loutsis manages day-to-day operations and serves as the sole director for public works projects. As President and Chief Financial Officer, she reviews project documents, tracks progress, and provides construction oversight, in addition to preparing engineering construction documents, specifications, estimates, and topographic surveys.
