A commercial facility combining an Exxon Gas Station, Wendy's, and convenience store. Responsibilities included structural design for a one-story, cold-formed steel stud, steel beam and post structure, along with open-web steel bar joists.

Engineering services for the relocation of an interior steel column supporting open-web steel truss girders with a design load of 70,000 lbs. The project involved shoring the existing structure and replacement of the column with a custom steel frame, alongside cold-formed steel platforms, framing, interior frames for roll-up doors, and steel headers in exterior CMU walls.
