Solera MEP Engineering Design Services is a mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering firm based in Bend, Oregon, founded in 2017. Serving public and private clients throughout Central Oregon and the Eugene metropolitan area, Solera has grown from a sole proprietor practice to a team of five professionals and is actively developing in-house fire sprinkler system design capabilities. Owner and President Roger Whitaker, P.E. leads delivery of value-engineered MEP designs for construction, commercial, residential, manufacturing, energy, and government clients.
