RIC acted as the engineering program manager and design engineer for a 420-acre lake and community expansion, increasing the lake surface area by 54%, adding 323 residential lots, and master planning 10 acres of commercial space. The scope also included widening Missouri State Highway 291 and redesigning the 167th Street intersection.
