• Technical & Regulatory Studies

  Conducts technical and regulatory studies for telecom networks, including spectrum sharing analyses for GEO, NGSO, HAPS, and terrestrial systems; regulatory support papers have been cited by the FCC in Report & Orders and by corporations in policy advocacy.

• Filings

  Prepares technical regulatory filings for in-orbit space networks, terrestrial spectrum access, temporary authorizations, and ITU satellite network coordination, including orbital slot identification, acquisition, and defense under ITU Radio Regulations Articles 9 and 11.

• Industry Groups & Standards

  Participates in key industry groups and agencies to promote domestic and international standards for spectrum sharing and system coexistence.
