About the firm
Resolution Group, Inc. (RGI) is an Indianapolis, Indiana civil engineering firm founded in 2008. Starting as a technical staffing firm, RGI evolved into a full-service civil engineering practice with over 20 INDOT prequalifications spanning transportation, water resources, construction inspection, and survey/right-of-way disciplines. In January 2025, RGI acquired Little River Consultants, LLC, an environmental consulting firm based in Seymour, Indiana, establishing a new Environmental Services Group. Revenue grew 700% over the five years prior to 2025. RGI serves contractors, consultant partners, and public and private sector clients.
