Project details

Renovation of two spaces within a designated landmark structure in Santa Monica that originally housed Jeff Ho Surfboards and Zephyr Productions in the 1970s - the base of the Z-Boys, who reshaped modern skateboarding. The design honored the building's surf and skate heritage while welcoming new neighborhood-friendly tenants.
