Residential roadway improvements following the November 2018 earthquake; work included extending a sub drain system, raising roadway elevation, placing new asphalt pavement and concrete curb and gutter, installing LED streetlights, and adding ADA access improvements. PTS provided topographic survey, public involvement, civil engineering, and construction inspection.
