Projects

Parallel Phase Balancer (PPB)

Defense · Client: U.S. Navy

Project details

Patented three-phase power balancing device deployed on U.S. Navy submarines. It draws current from lightly loaded line phases and injects it onto more heavily loaded phases, improving fault tolerance without affecting efficiency, reliability, or availability, in a small and lightweight package.

Optical Video Coupler (OVC)

Defense · Client: U.S. Navy

Project details

4K video and HMI distribution system deployed on U.S. Navy surface ships and submarines. Two modules replace the traditional multi-device video and OMI environment, reducing space, power, and cable requirements while adding real-time watermarking for deep-fake detection and security-level content tagging.

Tactical Communications Audio Sub-System (TCAS)

Defense · Client: U.S. Navy

Project details

Platform-level communications system enabling U.S. Navy submarine SONAR operators to maintain station-to-station voice contact while simultaneously monitoring SONAR sensor audio. The second-generation VoIP TCAS succeeded the ISDN TCAS, which served in deployed operations for 20 years across all U.S. Navy mission areas.
