As Precision Civil Engineering, Inc. (PCE) approaches its 20th anniversary, founder and CEO, Ed Dunkel Jr., celebrates two decades of growth and success with a simple philosophy: treat clients and each other with the same level of dignity and respect that we would like for ourselves. Respect, honor, and integrity are core values embedded in the quality of work at PCE, and our team takes great pride in the fact that we have been designing the Central Valley and beyond for 20 years. Since its inception in 2002, the company has grown from 2 employees to 50, with offices in Fresno and Merced, California, Madison, Wisconsin, and plans to expand to Visalia soon.
