About the firm
Otter Creek Engineering (OCE) is a Vermont-based civil and environmental engineering consultancy established in 1998. With offices in East Middlebury and Rutland, OCE provides evaluation, design, permitting, and construction administration services for water, wastewater, stormwater, and highway improvement projects throughout Vermont and New Hampshire. OCE has designed and administered construction of hundreds of municipal infrastructure projects across the state and serves municipal, commercial, institutional, and residential clients.
