Complete design packages for commercial powerboats up to 70 feet, including workboats, passenger vessels, and small yachts for inland and offshore use. Designs are prepared for aluminum, steel, or fiberglass construction in accordance with Lloyd's or ABS requirements.
Parts files prepared for computer-cutting, included in full design packages for aluminum and steel construction.
Full-size 3D lofting and surface modeling using AeroHydro MultiSurf. Routinely achieves accuracy within 0.1% of vessel beam when matching the computer model to printed lines. Output includes Lines Plans, Offset Tables, full-size patterns, and data for fabricating male and female molds.
Engineering support for modifications to existing vessels, including structural changes, new equipment integration, and interior upgrades.
Hand drafting in pencil and ink for preliminary designs, construction sketches, and detail drawings for third-party fabricators.
CAD-based 2D drafting and 3D modeling applied across all stages of the design process, enabling rapid iteration and revision toward an optimal design.
