Developed and led the International Building Code required special inspection for the smoke control system supporting two new screening and check-in areas totaling approximately 50,000 square feet, designed to enable free travel between terminals.

Replaced and upgraded the HVAC system serving the critical main substation at the Blue Plains facility, maintaining uninterrupted substation operations with temporary cooling throughout construction.

Provided design services utilizing a design-build delivery method to replace the entire lighting system across the two-acre memorial, representing the 184 victims with lighted benches. Completed the work more than a year ahead of schedule.
