Established in 1992 by Robert Monta, P.E. in Altamonte Springs, Florida, it was acquired in 2006 by William M. Ranieri, P.E. MCD provides master planning, architectural design, structural engineering, and builder services for single-family residential, multifamily, and commercial projects, and holds licenses in over 25 states. Its integrated multidisciplinary approach is designed to reduce pre-construction costs, turnaround times, and construction errors.
