Yachtsman South Tower Remediation

Project details

Structural evaluation and remediation of a high-rise reinforced precast concrete structure. High-strength corrosion-resistant post-tension carbon fiber reinforced plates were applied as the primary strengthening component, marking one of the earliest applications of this technique in the United States. Repair methods included specialized mortars, flexible epoxies, and high-pressure epoxy injectants. Executed in partnership with Sika USA, Sika Services, and StressHead AG.

Atlantic Palms Renovation & Story Addition

Project details

Structural assessment and strengthening of a mid-rise reinforced concrete structure originally constructed in 1988 to support a two-story addition. Work included reinforcing the driven pier foundation, shearwall, and column systems, with third-party structural testing to establish feasibility. Partnered with Palmetto Architecture.
