A 500,000 square foot building expansion requiring conversion of 2-D AutoCAD plans into a 3-D Revit BIM model and recreation of existing building systems. The project added a chilled water rooftop unit to cool an industrial server room with provisions for future expansion.

A new addition to an existing nursing home featuring patient rooms and support spaces including physical therapy, dining, entertainment, and kitchen areas. A dedicated outside air system with an energy wheel maintains ASHRAE space pressurization requirements and reduces equipment tonnages.
