About the firm
LSC Transportation Consultants, Inc. is the successor to Leigh, Scott, and Cleary, Inc., formed in 1975 to deliver consulting services across all phases of transportation planning and traffic engineering. From an initial office in Denver, Colorado, LSC has expanded to offices in Tahoe City, California and Colorado Springs, Colorado. Principals hold a combined total of more than 90 years of professional experience, spanning both engineering and planning disciplines. Staff includes Professional Engineers registered in California, Nevada, Colorado, and other states, as well as planners who are members of the American Institute of Certified Planners. LSC serves public and private clients in traffic engineering, transit planning, facility design, regional transportation planning, traffic signal and roundabout design, parking analysis, traffic impact studies, and bicycle and pedestrian circulation.
