Hudson Valley Engineering Associates, P.C. (HVEA Engineers) is a mid-sized transportation engineering firm founded in 2002 by three former NYSDOT engineers, specializing in comprehensive design, construction inspection, and materials testing of transportation infrastructure projects throughout the Hudson Valley and New York Metropolitan area. HVEA serves large state agencies including NYSDOT, NYSBA, NYSTA, MTA, and the Port Authority of NY & NJ, as well as counties and municipalities on locally administered federal aid projects. It employs over 100 professionals across two offices in Beacon (Dutchess County) and Chestnut Ridge (Rockland County).
