Renovation and reconfiguration of existing clubhouse space to increase capacity for tenant users. HGD served as Engineer of Record, preparing mechanical, electrical, and structural engineering plans and specifications to add a new interior walking deck for storage and fitness use, a new interior stairway for egress, new HVAC, and new lighting and power accommodations.

Renovation and reconfiguration of space to accommodate expanded day care services and office space for Bon Secours staff. HGD served as Engineer of Record, providing a facility assessment and preparing mechanical, electrical, and fire protection plans and specifications to upgrade the HVAC system, increase energy efficiency, provide daylighting and occupancy lighting capability, and expand the plumbing system to accommodate new children-sized restrooms.
