• Liquefaction Analysis

  Subsurface data analysis for sites within designated Liquefaction Hazard Zones, with site-specific recommendations to mitigate liquefaction effects on proposed developments.

• Infiltration Testing

  Measurement of water infiltration rates and hydraulic conductivity of soil, presented in an Infiltration Feasibility Report to support stormwater management facility design in accordance with local agency guidelines.

Geolotech offers construction inspection services including field density testing and grading observation. Deputy Grading Inspectors are licensed by the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) and ICC certified.
