G.M. Hill Engineering, Inc. (GMHILL) is a full-service architecture, engineering, and construction firm founded in 2004 and headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. Established by structural engineer Gina M. Hill, GMHILL has grown to a team of nearly 80 professionals delivering integrated design and construction services nationwide. GMHILL provides architecture, interior design, structural and civil engineering, project and construction management, design-build, and general construction for federal agencies, state and local governments, and educational institutions. With a bonding capacity of $20 million single and $70 million aggregate, GMHILL handles large-scale and multi-phase projects for more than 15 federal agency partners including USACE, USAF, USCG, EPA, GSA, and the Federal Bureau of Prisons.
