Foresight Engineering and Design is a multidisciplinary civil engineering consultancy founded in 2018 and based in Kailua-Kona on Hawaii's Big Island. Founded by Palani Greenwell, PE, Foresight serves public and private clients with subdivision infrastructure planning, permitting, and civil design work ranging from septic systems and wastewater treatment to full subdivisions and multifamily affordable housing. Foresight is locally owned and operated with a focus on water quality, responsible land use, and protecting Hawaii's ecosystems.
