About the firm
Diana Perossa founded Engineered Utility Solutions, Inc. (EUSI) in March 2019 to deliver quality, innovative engineering services to public utility clients, ensuring safe and reliable system operations. Headquartered in the Cypress area of Houston and licensed with the Texas Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, EUSI serves gas, electric, and water utilities across more than a dozen U.S. states. Core capabilities span engineering design, drafting, contract development, bidding and award, project management, and construction administration. With over 26 years of utility engineering and construction verification experience, the President brings deep sector knowledge to every engagement. EUSI augments its in-house team through strategic alliances with complementary firms, providing clients a single point of accountability alongside larger-team capacity for concurrent projects.
