EngGroup, PSC is an engineering consulting and technology services practice established in 2013, specializing in energy management systems and utility operations. The practice has maintained and operated the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) Energy Management System (EMS) since March 2019. Composed primarily of retired engineers from PREPA's Operations Division, it provides technical expertise in SCADA systems, utility operations, Operations Technology (OT), energy markets, and emergency management.
