A modular, cantilevered line-side inspection system designed to check conveyed products at speeds up to 200 products per minute. It features a defective product reject mechanism and performs barcode, date code, closure, and container defect verification.
Industrial
A custom, multi-camera inspection system developed to inspect spooled cord and wound materials. The machine unwinds the material, performs detailed vision checks at speeds up to 300 feet per minute, and halts operation automatically to allow the removal of detected defects before rewinding.
