Investigates soil, rock, water, and other materials below the ground surface using soil borings, cone penetrometer testing, test pits, and ground-penetrating radar to determine bearing capacity and stability.
Determines the location of existing underground utilities, plotting them on maps using CAD or GIS software combined with vacuum excavation.
Delivers quality control and quality assurance observations during construction to verify that structural materials comply with project plans and specifications.
Verifies structural integrity and compliance through dedicated inspection programs covering foundational elements, framing, and masonry.
