Dueñas, Camacho & Associates, Inc. (DCA) is one of Micronesia's largest engineering consulting practices. Established in 1979 with over 50 full-time employees, DCA is headquartered in Hagatña, Guam, and maintains a permanent branch office in Saipan, CNMI.
