Performs signal warrant analyses and full signal system design, including construction plans and specifications.

Conducts turnover, demand, layout, and shared parking analyses, and prepares justification analyses for parking and loading zone ordinance variances.

Prepares Master Plan Traffic Circulation Plans, Traffic Improvement and Development District studies, and Corridor Studies.

Prepares geometric site layouts with focus on access, on-site circulation, parking, driveway queuing requirements, and parking demand design.

Conducts noise readings and assesses impacts against NJDEP, NYDEC, and NYCDEP criteria, including noise studies for Environmental Impact Statements.

Reviews traffic studies and related plans on behalf of municipalities and other governmental review agencies.

Presents expert witness testimony before Municipal Planning and Zoning Boards, County Planning Commissions, and State Superior Courts. Qualified before more than 350 zoning and municipal planning boards throughout the Northeast.
