Design Research Engineering
Forensic engineering and design analysis specialists
About the firm
Design Research Engineering is a forensic engineering practice established in 1996, with offices in Novi, Michigan and Tomball, Texas. The practice focuses on forensic investigations and design analyses of automotive, marine, and a wide variety of other products. Its multidisciplinary engineers have performed thousands of accident investigations and failure analyses for local, national, and international clients. Staff backgrounds span aerospace, biomedical and biomechanics, civil, electrical and computer, materials science, mechanical, and naval architecture and marine engineering, allowing DRE to approach complex issues through documentation gathering, testing, and state-of-the-art analysis.
