Growing from a sole practitioner to a full-service civil engineering firm, CEC serves government agencies, developers, surveyors, and contractors with master planned community design, land development, municipal infrastructure, flood and hydraulic studies, stormwater management, and environmental permitting. CEC has joined forces with AKS Engineering & Forestry, along with CSA Planning and Marquess & Associates, to serve clients across the Southern Oregon region.
