Click Engineering Inc

In partnership with TREC Community Investors, Click Engineering contributed structural engineering support for the revitalization of the historic former St. Luke Community United Methodist Church building in the Mill City neighborhood of South Dallas. The project gave the Zan Wesley Holmes Jr. Community Outreach Center its own dedicated home, converting a long-vacant structure into modern outreach, training, and coworking space for local residents.

To address community needs, a plan for the Metrocrest Services expansion was developed to increase the number of clients served and improve the quality and reach of Metrocrest's services and programs through a capital campaign. Metrocrest Services specializes in helping individuals, families, and seniors in crisis stabilize their lives for a brighter future.

Positioned at the gateway to downtown Dallas, The Cottages at Hickory Crossing provides an innovative union of permanent housing and support services for the fifty most chronic cases of homelessness in Dallas. This project won a 2017 Built Design Award from the AIA Dallas Chapter.

This project involved the revitalization of an entire block of housing for East Dallas residents on Congo Street. New houses were designed and built to achieve LEED Platinum level.
