CLA Engineers, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm incorporated in 1984 and headquartered in Norwich, Connecticut. CLA specializes in all aspects of civil engineering and provides civil, structural, geotechnical, inspection, and surveying services to private, institutional, public, commercial, and industrial clients throughout Eastern Connecticut and New England. In-house capabilities extend to land surveying and subdivision design, GPS/GIS data collection, marine and dock engineering, bridge rehabilitation and construction, and inspection and testing of construction materials.
