Project details

This park project involved complete site design and land development approval for a multi-use recreational sports complex. The design features two multi-use athletic fields and a walking/biking trail circling the area. Stormwater improvements were designed to provide water quality measures, including a retention pond with plantings, bio-swales, rain gardens, and other protective elements. The project required extensive value engineering to meet budgetary limits and proceed from bidding.
