Carrillo & Associates, Inc. (CAI) is a multi-discipline engineering consulting firm established in 1999 and headquartered in Laredo, Texas, with an additional office in San Antonio. CAI is licensed to perform construction material testing and engineering consulting, with certified technicians providing quality, prompt testing and inspection services. Testing equipment is calibrated annually and all testing is conducted in accordance with ASTM, AASHTO, and TxDOT standards.
