Galena-Benchmark Engineering is a full-service, multidisciplinary practice in Ketchum, Idaho providing civil engineering, land use planning, surveying, and land information systems. Formed in April 2023 through the merger of Benchmark Associates - established in 1953 in the Sun Valley area by founder Phil Puchner - and Galena Engineering, the practice brings decades of regional experience to municipal and private projects throughout the Wood River Valley. Capabilities span land development design, roadway and path engineering, utilities, stormwater, boundary and topographic surveying, platting, GNSS positioning, subdivision entitlement, permitting, and GIS mapping.
