Relocation of approximately 5,200 LF of 48-inch water transmission main along Old Alabama Road in coordination with the Georgia Department of Transportation's Georgia 400 Express Lanes project. The project required extensive permitting at the Chattahoochee River crossing and was completed on an aggressive schedule.

Rehabilitation and repair of approximately 6,500 LF of existing sanitary sewer pipes ranging from 8-inch to 36-inch throughout the northern and central airfield and South Cargo areas. The project utilized the Sekisui spiral wound liner method to minimize bypass requirements and operational impacts at the airport.
