• Wire Routing Design

  Develops precise routing schematics to ensure safe physical installation of wire harnesses within the airframe.

• Electrical Systems Troubleshooting

  Diagnoses complex electrical faults and integration anomalies on active aircraft platforms.

Prepares necessary technical documentation and coordinates FAA approvals for modified aircraft systems.

• FAA 8110-3 Approvals

  Secures regulatory engineering approvals for all structural and electrical modification data.

• Technical Aircraft Documentation

  Drafts mandatory compliance documents including Electrical Load Analysis (ELA), Instructions for Continued Airworthiness (ICA), and Airplane Flight Manual Supplements (AFMS).

Oversees complex technical integrations and coordinates with equipment manufacturers throughout the system lifecycle.

• MRO Systems Integration

  Coordinates with Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul facilities to manage the hands-on installation of modern avionics.

• STC Project Management

  Guides Supplemental Type Certificate programs from initial system design through to final conformity and approval.
