Atlantic's civil engineering team is qualified to complete a wide range of activities related to site development and construction. Services encompass CAD-based design using AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS integration, hydraulic and hydrological design, traffic analysis, road plans and profiles, grading plans, topographic mapping, wetlands delineation, ALTA surveys, endangered species review, and pre-development permitting screening.

  Cursory reviews, pre-development site walks, and full delineations for local and state permitting in Massachusetts.

  Compilation of GIS data including LiDAR elevations to minimize fieldwork and support site design.

  Civil engineering and permitting for golf course development; representative projects include The Ridge Club, Hickory Hills Country Club, and Ballymeade Country Club.
