Projects

Municipal Water Treatment Plant PLC Replacement

Water Supply

Project details

Phased replacement of outdated PLC hardware at a municipal water treatment plant to improve operational reliability, data visibility, and regulatory compliance. The project was executed without interrupting daily operations through a carefully sequenced installation strategy and temporary wiring configurations. Deliverables included full system modeling and hands-on staff training. The upgrade eliminated hardware no longer supported by the OEM and brought controls software to current versions.

Combined-Cycle Power Plant As-Built Documentation

Power Generation

Project details

Comprehensive as-built drawing services for a combined-cycle power plant following major equipment upgrades and system retrofits. Work covered field verification of electrical, mechanical, and structural systems including switchgear layouts, cable routing, and transformer placements. Using redline markups and site surveys, the team produced CAD-based as-built drawings reflecting all modifications from the original design. Deliverables included updated single-line diagrams, conduit and cable schedules, and revised elevations formatted for integration into the facility's asset management system, compliant with IEEE, NEC, and owner-specific standards.
